• Our services cover temporary, permanent, and contract-to-hire placements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Conduct due diligence before hiring candidates.
• Comply with labor laws and regulations.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

• Provide truthful information about qualifications and experience.
• Participate in interviews and assessments as required.
• Comply with client company policies upon hiring.

5. Fees and Payment

• Clients agree to pay recruitment service fees as per agreed terms.
• Payments must be made within the specified period.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client and candidate confidentiality and expect the same in return.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee employment for candidates or hiring success for clients.
• We are not responsible for disputes between clients and candidates.
• We are not liable for damages arising from our services.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Any outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indore Jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in Indore Court.
